Know Before You Go

What tools do I need to bring?

You will need to bring your laptop, charger, Nexiq, Multi-meter, flashlight and test leads. All other hand tools will be provided for you at each station.

Can I bring my family?

Yes. Immediate family is encouraged!

Can my family come to the competition while I compete?

Yes! This year, guests will have more visibility than previous years. We will also have a Sprinter van shuttling between the hotel and the venue during the competition.

Do I need to pay for parking?

No. When arriving at the hotel, you will NOT go to check-in. Instead, you will go straight to the parking garage where a team member will greet you and advise of next steps.

Is transportation provided?

Each service manager will be responsible for arranging transportation from the airport to the hotel. Group transportation will be provided to all hosted event activities.

Why do you need my spouse's information?

We will be utilizing text reminders throughout the weekend regarding the schedule of events.

Will there be activities for my spouse or family?

We will be providing a list of nearby activities that may interest our guests, and they can explore at their leisure. Competitors will receive a gift card in their welcome bag to assist with the cost of family activities.
