Super Tech Weekend Schedule

Friday:

  • 2:00pm - 4:00pm - Hotel Check-In in the front lobby
  • 5:40pm - Bus to Deerfield Estates
  • 6:00pm - 8:45pm - Welcome Reception at Deerfield
  • 8:45pm - Load Buses to Marriott

Saturday:

  • 7:45am - Judges Meeting
  • 8:30am - Challenge Breakfast
  • 9:00am - Tech Meeting
  • 9:15am - Photos
  • 9:30am - Challenge begins
  • 11:55pm - Challenge Lunch
  • 12:45pm - Challenge restarts
  • 2:30pm - Challenge ends
  • 2:35pm - 3:30pm - Challenge tear down (Judges stay to help)
  • 5:40pm - Base to the BASE
  • 6:00pm - 9:00pm - Awards Dinner at the BASE

 

Challenge Day Transportation Schedule

Departing to the BASE:  Bus loads 15 minutes prior to departure

  • 7:00am - ALL judges and DFCIC's
  • 8:00am - ALL Technicians
  • 9:00am - Guests

Returning to Hotel (After Challenge)

  • 3:00pm - ALL guests and competitors
  • 3:50pm - Judges and stragglers

Departing to the BASE (Awards Dinner)

  • 5:40pm - ALL guests and competitors

Returning to Hotel (After Awards)

  • 9:00pm - ALL guests and competitors

 

 

Guest Information

For those that wish to attend the challenge, there will be a seating area provided. There will be more visibility than in years past for spectators to see most stations. Guests will only be able to communicate with participants during breaks, and lunch, so as not to cause distractions.

 

Weekend Attire

Friday's Welcome Reception - Casual Attire
Competitors are asked to wear their Super Tech Polo's, provided in their room.

Saturday's Challenge - 
Store Managers & DFCIC's - Wear Super Tech Polo's provided at check-in.
Competitors - Wear Super Tech T-shirt provided in the room, work pants and boots.

Saturday Evening - Casual Dress Attire (Jeans or dress pants and a collared button-down shirt)
